Secondary Teaching Assistants Needed – Surrey

Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education?
We’re looking for Secondary Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Surrey, starting from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, support students across Key Stages 3 & 4, and make a real difference to their learning and development.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects

• Working 1:1 or with small groups who need extra help

• Helping manage classroom behaviour and engagement

• Supporting pupils with SEN, learning difficulties, or additional needs

• Working closely with teachers and school staff to improve outcomes

We’re Looking For:
Experience working with young people (in education or youth settings)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A calm, patient and supportive approach
A genuine interest in education and student wellbeing
Degree or TA qualification is a bonus, but not essential
