Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education?
We’re looking for Secondary Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Surrey, starting from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, support students across Key Stages 3 & 4, and make a real difference to their learning and development.
Your Role Will Include:
Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects
Working 1:1 or with small groups who need extra help
Helping manage classroom behaviour and engagement
Supporting pupils with SEN, learning difficulties, or additional needs
Working closely with teachers and school staff to improve outcomes
We’re Looking For:
Experience working with young people (in education or youth settings)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A calm, patient and supportive approach
A genuine interest in education and student wellbeing
Degree or TA qualification is a bonus, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
