Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Croydon is seeking a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to work with students in an SEND school. You will be hands-on in the classroom, support personal care needs, and assist with therapy sessions to help students reach their potential.

The role starts ASAP, with hours 8:30 to 16:00, and a commitment to promoting an inclusive learning environment. Relevant training such as manual handling, hoisting, and personal care is advantageous.

Are you a SEND Learning Support Assistant OR worked within the care sector with experience supporting students with ADHD, Autism or complex needs?

Empowering Learning Ltd are looking to appoint outstanding SEND Learning Support Assistants in the Croydon area with experience supporting SEND students, particularly to work with students within an SEND School. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals who are hands on and can support students with SEND, assisting in a classroom setting and with personal care and assisting with therapy sessions to support students to reach the best of their abilities. You will also be responsible for promoting an inclusive learning environment. So, if you would like the opportunity to make a difference to others and develop a career in working with children with then this is a great opportunity to do so. This position is to start ASAP. Hours of work 8.30 till 4pm. (not negotiable)

To be successful for this role you must:
