Job summary

Winchmore School is seeking enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to support students across the curriculum who face barriers to learning. You will work both within the classroom and with small intervention groups to provide targeted support for learners on the SEN register, including those with EHCPs.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with vulnerable learners and those with SEMH needs. Enhanced DBS disclosure is required for appointment to this post.

32.5 hours per week - 39 weeks per year, term time only Scale 3: Actual salary range £23,613 to £23,951 p.a. (includes 2.5 hrs per week either over lunchtime or after school)

Hours: 8.15am to 3.15pm (or 4:30pm for after school activity 1 day per week) Mondays to Fridays
