Job summary

Thurlby Community Primary Academy in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work every afternoon (1:15–3:15pm) with a child in Key Stage 2. The role focuses on supporting learning, encouraging independence and promoting confidence.

You will work closely with teachers, contribute to literacy and numeracy interventions, and liaise with parents while upholding safeguarding policies and school procedures.

Overview of the role of SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Providing support to students in and out of the classroom

• Supporting with appropriate interventions such as literacy and numeracy
