Ingoldsby Academy in the United Kingdom is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to join our small, dedicated team. You will work closely with teachers and senior staff to support learning, help pupils access activities and develop independence, and provide practical encouragement and guidance.
This role includes supporting pupils during breaks, promoting a safe and welcoming environment, and contributing to personalised learning plans.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important part in helping our children to learn, grow and thrive. Working closely with teachers and senior staff, you will provide support that enables pupils to access learning, develop their independence and feel confident in themselves.
You will work with individual children and small groups, both within the classroom and, where appropriate, outside the main teaching area. You will help to implement personalised learning plans and provide the encouragement, guidance and practical support that children need to succeed.
The role will also include supporting pupils during break and lunchtime, helping to create a safe, happy and welcoming environment throughout the school day.
