Teaching Assistant Role

My mainstream client, based a short distance from Gloucester, is actively seeking a versatile and energetic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). To succeed in this role, you should be confident in providing one-to-one support for students, as well as supporting the classroom teacher and students, including those with SEN requirements. The role involves undertaking various tasks, including organizing the classroom to facilitate engaging lessons.

The School

You will join a welcoming and enthusiastic team of teaching assistants. This position is ideal for graduates and aspiring teachers with minimal classroom experience, as well as experienced teaching assistants eager to explore new environments. A minimum of three months experience in a childcare setting is required. The salary range for this part-time role is approximately £16,198 - £17,912, depending on responsibilities and experience.
