Job summary

Finedon Mulso C of E Junior School is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support individual and small groups of pupils, including those with SEND, as well as whole-class activities. The successful candidate will work within a dedicated team, contributing to an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Role is a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2026. Term-time hours are 31 hours 40 minutes per week, Monday to Friday, with a daily schedule 8:35–3:25 and a 30-minute lunch break.

Hours of work: You will be required to work 31 hours and 40 minutes per week Monday-Friday, 38 weeks per year. Daily hours are 8:35- 3:25 with 30 minutes for lunch.

Please note that holidays cannot be taken in term time, but an allowance for holiday entitlement is paid accordingly.

Contract: This is a fixed term contact until the 31st August 2026.
