Career Teachers are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Learning Support Assistant for an outstanding Primary school in Southeast London. We are looking for candidates with prior experience as a teaching assistant to work 1:1 with SEND children on a full-time basis, starting immediately.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll collaborate closely with class teachers to help each child reach their potential. Your role involves engaging with students individually or in small groups, including those with additional learning needs such as ASD, ADHD, and Learning Difficulties.
We require Learning Support Assistants with prior childcare or school-related experience—such as babysitting, tutoring, coaching, summer camps, or teaching assistant roles. Demonstrable experience working with SEND children or similar is essential.
