The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning, delivering targeted interventions and providing high-quality classroom support across the school.

The Role

Working closely with teachers and school leaders, you will support pupils both within the classroom and through small-group and one-to-one interventions. You will help ensure that every child can access learning opportunities and achieve their full potential.

The position requires a proactive, adaptable and engaging individual who can confidently build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents whilst maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour.
