Join Our Team as a Teaching Assistant in Coventry!

Monarch Education is excited to be recruiting a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant primary school in Coventry. This rewarding role offers the chance to make a real difference in children's lives, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and other additional needs.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with class teachers and support staff to deliver tailored assistance to pupils with diverse needs. Your role will be vital in creating an inclusive, nurturing environment that promotes positive learning experiences and personal growth for every child.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children, ideally within an SEN setting
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities
  • A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring children to achieve their potential
  • Calm, patient approach with effective behaviour management skills
  • Experience supporting children or young people with ASC, ADHD, or similar conditions
  • Knowledge of alternative communication methods such as Makaton or sign language is a bonus, but not essential
  • A proactive, flexible, and caring attitude towards meeting individual student needs
