About the Role:

• Leading and supervising our Breakfast Club, ensuring a positive start to the day for all children attending.
• Providing class cover support across the school, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Supporting pupils both individually and in groups, adapting to their needs to help them reach their full potential.
• Assisting with planning, preparation, and assessment under the guidance of class teachers.

Candidate requirements:

• Holds HLTA status or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience working within a primary school setting.
• Confident in managing groups of children and delivering learning activities independently.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and families.
