Job summary

Collingham Lady Elizabeth C.E (Aided) Primary School in Collingham is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our happy, supportive team. The role is five mornings per week and focuses on supporting learning across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.

You will coach children 1:1 or in groups, assist with assessment and evidencing learning, and help create engaging displays and learning resources with teachers. Safeguarding and inclusion are core values of the school.

Qualifications

• Experienced teaching assistant in a primary school setting.
• Able to enhance interaction, communication and educational needs of pupils.
• Integral part of Key Stage team; reports to class teacher on pupil progress and problems.

Grade: B1.4 to B1.6

Salary: £13.48 to £13.92 per hour

Hours per week: 5 mornings (8.50am to 12)

Contract type: Permanent & Part Time

We are looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant, to join our happy and supportive workforce. The successful candidate will support delivery of excellent teaching and learning throughout either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, dependent upon experience. The role will involve coaching children on a 1:1 or group basis; accompanying groups on trips; supporting assessment; evidencing learning; and working with teachers to create stimulating classroom displays and learning resources.

We also have a lunchtime vacancy available. For candidates seeking longer hours, these two roles can easily be combined into a single, cohesive working pattern.
