• As a Teaching Assistant, work closely with teachers to support students in their learning.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students reach their goals.

• Support students with their social and emotional development.
• Help implement strategies to encourage progress and participation.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Work as part of a team to create an inclusive and supportive setting as a Teaching Assistant.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.

• Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or one in process.
