A leading school in Colchester is looking for a Learning Support Assistant on a fixed-term contract to cover a substantive post-holder's absence. This role includes providing a safe, educational environment and supporting children in their learning. Ideal candidates will have experience in behavior management and understanding of child development, with opportunities for professional development. Contract type
Fixed Term until 31/08/2026. This contract is for a fixed term to cover for the substantive post-holder while they are on secondment. Should the secondment end prior to the date above, your appointment will cease with statutory notice.
Hours
32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8:30 to 15:30 with 30 minutes lunch). Term Time including inset days (39 weeks per year)
