Are you passionate about making a real difference in a child’s education? Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a welcoming primary school in Colchester.

About the Role:

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a child who requires additional support, helping them access learning in a way that meets their unique needs. Your role will involve:

️ Providing tailored support in the classroom and during activities

️ Encouraging independence and confidence in learning

️ Implementing strategies set by the SENCO and class teacher

️ Supporting emotional and social development

️ Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals

About You:
