Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Colchester.

The Role:

As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.

Work one-to-one and in small groups to provide tailored learning support.

Collaborate closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement EHCPs and behaviour plans.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Promote independence and emotional well-being for every child.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or otherwise).

A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
