TimePlan Education is seeking flexible and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for full-time posts in Esher and surrounding areas, starting November 2026. Roles involve supporting students across primary and secondary settings and may involve SEN support.

Applicants ideally hold CACHE Level 2/3 or a relevant degree; excellent numeracy and literacy are essential. The group offers training, competitive pay and DBS clearance process.

Teaching Assistant- Esher

TimePlan Education is currently looking for flexible and enthusiastic candidates for full-time teaching assistant roles in several excellent schools in Esher (and surrounding areas). These rewarding and varied full-time teaching assistant roles will start in November 2026.

• Previous experience working with children is not essential for the teaching assistant roles in Esher, although other relevant experience (for example in dance, drama, sports, youth work or arts) would be advantageous, as would experience supporting children or adults with SEN.
• You should ideally hold either a relevant teaching assistant qualification (such as a CACHE Level 2 or 3) or a university degree (although this does not necessarily need to relate to childcare or education). Roles for university graduates and Level 3 qualified teaching assistants are available in both primary and secondary settings in Esher. However experience working with children in other environments (such as in youth groups, volunteering or in a personal capacity) will also be considered.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills are essential for teaching assistant roles in Esher.
