TimePlan Education is seeking flexible and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for full-time roles in Greenwich and surrounding areas, with starts in October 2026. You will support pupils across primary and secondary settings in a variety of schools.\n\nWhile previous classroom experience is not essential, candidates with CACHE Level 2/3 or a university degree are encouraged to apply. TimePlan offers regular training, competitive pay and DBS clearance support.

Teaching Assistant-Greenwich

TimePlan Education is currently looking for flexible and enthusiastic candidates for full-time teaching assistant roles in several excellent schools in Greenwich (and surrounding areas). These rewarding and varied full-time teaching assistant roles will start in October 2026.

• Previous experience working with children is not essential for the teaching assistant roles in Greenwich, although other relevant experience (for example in dance, drama, sports, youth work or arts) would be advantageous, as would experience supporting children or adults with SEN.
• You should ideally hold either a relevant teaching assistant qualification (such as a CACHE Level 2 or 3) or a university degree (although this does not necessarily need to relate to childcare or education). Roles for university graduates and Level 3 qualified teaching assistants are available in both primary and secondary settings in Greenwich. However experience working with children in other environments (such as in youth groups, volunteering or in a personal capacity) will also be considered.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills are essential for teaching assistant roles in Greenwich.
