About The Role

As a Teaching Assistant with Monarch Education, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for primary school students. Your responsibilities may include:

Who We Are Looking For

  • Individuals with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification are advantageous.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and a valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one through Monarch Education).
