Job summary

Castle School Cambridge is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support therapeutic teaching and the ethos of the school. You will work with Classroom Teachers and other Teaching Assistants to help pupils aged 2-19 with complex needs.

The role emphasises relationships, high expectations, and personalised support. You will participate in team meetings, provide written reports when required, and bring some experience of caring for children and young people.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with, or caring for, children and young people.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a supportive educational setting.
