You'll become part of a supportive school team, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning while developing their confidence, independence and communication skills.
As a Teaching Assistant in Caerphilly, you'll provide day-to-day support to pupils across primary and secondary age groups within a specialist educational setting.
You'll play an important role in helping pupils feel settled and supported at school, access their learning and develop the skills they need to become more independent.

You don't necessarily need previous experience in a school. We're also interested in candidates with transferable experience from care, residential support, youth work, sports coaching, psychology, health or social care.
Previous SEN or ALN experience is beneficial but not essential. We're looking for someone who is:
