Job summary

REESON Education is seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with SEN in the Bury area. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Role involves supporting learning activities, assisting with classroom organisation, and helping with personal development and social skills. Ideal candidates have KS1 or SEN experience and a patient, adaptable approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a KS1 or SEN setting.
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child welfare practices.
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with special educational needs (SEN) in the Bury area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
