A leading educational institution is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to support students in the Lower School. Actual Annual Salary: £17,451 - £19,022 (Based on hours and working weeks)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term
Contract Length: Fixed until 31/08/2026
Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week Term Time Only (plus INSET days)
Additional role info: Working Pattern = Monday to Friday 8:30am – 3pm

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant with the passion and drive to make a difference to the lives of young people, both within and beyond the classroom, supporting the delivery of excellent education experiences and championing the life chances of all children in our academy. Through providing key educational, personal and social developmental support under the guidance of teaching colleagues you will support students by adopting relevant strategies and techniques, enabling them to access the curriculum, and engage with their learning to achieve their full potential. You will be working with a wide range of academy staff at all levels, receiving full ongoing training to support your development and have the ability to work term time only.
