Fishtoft Academy is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to support pupils with and without EHCPs, helping them access the curriculum and thrive socially and emotionally.

You will work with class teachers and the SENCO, assisting in lessons, preparing resources, and communicating with staff and parents as required. The role includes strong emphasis on inclusion and wellbeing within a small, community-focused school.

Formación

• Essential criteria: English and Maths GCSE, Grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Desirable criteria: Experience working with children with SEND, particularly those with EHCPs.
