Job summary

Upland Primary School in England is seeking two dedicated Teaching Assistants to support Key Stage 2 intervention programmes and help pupils reach their full potential. These fixed-term roles run until 31 August 2027, at 10 hours per week across 38 weeks, Monday to Friday 13:00–15:00.

You will join a supportive team, contributing to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing and positive social development. The ideal candidate will have KS2 experience, a Level 2 Diploma or equivalent, and strong

We are seeking 2 dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our supportive and welcoming team, primarily supporting Key Stage 2 intervention programmes to help pupils achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working with children in KS2 .
• The minimum of a Level 2 Diploma or equivalent.
• A reliable, flexible, and caring approach, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children..
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Confidence in supporting positive behaviour and encouraging social development and engagement
• A passion for helping children succeed both academically and personally.
