About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the SEND department to support students across a range of subjects and year groups. Your responsibilities will include working with individuals or small groups, helping to differentiate resources, promoting engagement and independence, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Experience working with young people in an educational or care setting (desirable but not essential)

Good literacy and numeracy skills (minimum GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths or equivalent)
