Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) + Pension Scheme

Our client, a well-regarded coeducational secondary school and sixth form located in Abingdon-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their inclusive and supportive team from September 2025. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and a desire to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the SEND department to support students across a range of subjects and year groups. Your responsibilities will include working with individuals or small groups, helping to differentiate resources, promoting engagement and independence, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
