Job summary

Crawley College invites applications for a Teaching & Learning Manager - Public Services & Business across a diverse portfolio of programmes. You will lead high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, shape an inclusive curriculum and deputise for the Head of Learning to drive exceptional student outcomes.

You will develop staff, build strong industry links, and create meaningful employer and community partnerships while supporting staff development and innovative teaching methods.

Qualifications

• Proven record of teaching and assessment to a consistently high standard, including the use of technology.
• Teaching experience within Further Education.
• Proven record of trialling new developments within own teaching & learning and supporting the development of others.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Up to date knowledge of curriculum and teaching and learning including sector priorities, proven through continuing professional development.

What you will bring to the role:
