We seek a dedicated individual to provide tailored support to our pupils. You will be committed to making a positive difference in young people's lives and supporting their learning. Your intervention will help create an outstanding learning environment, providing the support they need to succeed.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational and technical skills, capable of supporting learning and teaching effectively and developing relationships across our school and the Star community.

You will have:

• NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a school setting.
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and staff.
• The ability to work with pupils one-to-one, in small groups, and whole class settings.
