The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  1. Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  2. Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who may need additional support.
  3. Assist with classroom management and general day-to-day activities.
  4. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all pupils to thrive.

What We're Looking For:
  1. Ideally hold a Level 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
  2. Consideration will also be given to candidates with relevant experience and/or similar qualifications.
  3. A passion for working with children and a positive, proactive attitude.
  4. Strong communication skills and a willingness to be a team player.
