You will join a supportive secondary school as a Cover Supervisor, developing classroom management skills, supporting student learning, and gaining first-hand experience of school life. Working alongside experienced teachers and school leaders, you will build the knowledge and confidence needed to progress into teacher training whilst making a positive impact on students' education. You will progress onto a fully funded PGCE programme while remaining in the same school, gradually taking responsibility for planning, teaching and assessing lessons. Throughout your training, you will receive expert guidance and mentoring as you work towards achieving QTS and becoming a confident classroom practitioner.
