Teaching Personnel is offering a Salaried Teacher Training Programme starting September 2026. This two-year route allows participants to earn a salary from day one while actively gaining classroom experience and training towards a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status.

The ideal candidates are recent graduates or career changers with a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the right to work in the UK. The programme includes comprehensive mentorship and classroom exposure.

Qualifications

• GCSE English Language — Grade C/4 or above.
• GCSE Mathematics — Grade C/4 or above.

Responsibilities

• Work as a fully employed Cover Supervisor during Year One.
• Participate in ITT during Year Two whilst completing PGCE.
• Engage in regular mentoring and classroom observations.

How the Programme Works

• Gained full Qualified Teacher Status
• Secured a permanent teaching position
• Continued financial support throughout

• Bachelor's degree (UK or internationally recognised equivalent)
