Job Title: SEN Teacher

Are you an Inspirational SEN Teacher? Do you have experience supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Randstad Education is partnering with specialist schools in the Knowsley area to recruit a dedicated and confident SEN Teacher to start as soon as possible. This role is full-time and term-time only, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role:

As a SEN Teacher, you will work with children and young people with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ADHD, and Autism. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering engaging lessons across a range of classes tailored to individual needs.
2. Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons based on the P Scales curriculum.
3. Building positive relationships with students to foster a supportive learning environment.
4. Employing creative and resilient approaches to manage classroom behavior effectively.
5. Supporting students with personal care as needed.

We offer very competitive rates of pay with no hidden deductions, fully compliant under the agency workers regulations (AWR, 2011).

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with SEN pupils in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
• A patient, passionate, and professional approach to teaching.
