• Developing students’ knowledge and understanding of Health and Social Care and applying learning to real-world contexts.
• Preparing, supporting and assessing students to achieve their qualifications and make strong progress.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing effective feedback and implementing support strategies.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Social Sciences department and across the wider school.
• Contributing to curriculum development and the wider life of the school.
