About the School

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Telford from 2nd November until the Christmas break. The school offers a supportive learning environment with a strong focus on student progress, achievement and personal development.

The Role

As the successful Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons, helping students develop their understanding of scientific concepts and apply their knowledge with confidence.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality Science lessons across the relevant secondary age groups.
• Teaching engaging lessons that encourage curiosity, critical thinking and scientific enquiry.
• Assessing student progress and adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs.
• Maintaining effective classroom management and promoting positive behaviour.
• Providing constructive feedback to support students' progress and attainment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
