Job summary

TeacherActive Limited in Telford is seeking a qualified Science Teacher to deliver Biology, Chemistry and Physics across KS3 and KS4 on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP. You will inspire students with engaging lessons, strong behaviour management and high expectations for progress.

The role offers competitive PAYE rates (£175 - £250 per day) and a supportive school environment in which pupils are encouraged to think independently and achieve academically.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4.
• Strong knowledge of the secondary Science curriculum.
• Confident across Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS with a relevant Science specialism
• Experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
• Confidence teaching across Biology, Chemistry and Physics
• Strong knowledge of the secondary Science curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A positive, adaptable and professional approach to teaching
