Job summary

Empowering Learning are currently recruiting an enthusiastic teacher of PE to work in a secondary school in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will have a desire to improve student standards and share their creative ideas and experience. The role will commence as a short term supply arrangement - it will also involve planning of other lessons and subject but resources are provided.

You will ideally have at least 2 years teaching experience in PE, although ECT's are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years teaching PE experience; ECTs welcome.
• Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting.
• Confident in managing groups across various year groups and subjects.

• Has experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting.
• Who wants to help schools and students alike, to achieve their goals
• Is confident in managing groups of students across various year groups and subjects.
• Holds a degree or equivalent experience in a teaching setting.
• Previous experience of teaching PE in a school setting.

• Strong passion for the arts and inspiring students Is highly organised, motivated and driven to succeed
• Is a specialist in PE with the ability to teach all sports including netball, gymnastics, dance, football, fitness, rounders and athletics
• Is a team member who will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the progress of students
• Ideally has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results at GCSE sport
