Shiplake College is looking for a Media Studies teacher from September 2025, for up to 10 hours per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a degree in media or a related subject to join our dynamic school. The role suits an enthusiastic, creative teacher committed to high standards of teaching and learning. We welcome applications from both ECTs and experienced teachers who can inspire and motivate pupils in Years 9-13 studying Media Studies.
Shiplake College is an independent co-educational boarding and day school for around 540 pupils aged 11 to 18. Since 1998, we have had a co-educational Sixth Form, and from September 2023, girls have joined from Year 7, as we move towards being fully co-educational. Located in 63 acres of beautiful countryside near Henley-on-Thames, we offer small class sizes, excellent facilities, and dedicated staff. All staff are expected to contribute to our broad co-curricular programme.
