We are seeking a passionate and innovative Media Studies Teacher to join a dynamic Creative Arts or Humanities faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a stimulating Media curriculum that encourages students to explore the world of film, television, digital media, and journalism. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a Media Studies Teacher:

• Teach Media Studies across KS4/KS5
• Deliver engaging lessons that blend theory and practical production work
• Support students with coursework, exam preparation, and creative media projects
• Foster media literacy, critical analysis, and digital skills

Ideal Media Studies Teacher:

• QTS and a relevant degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related subject
• Strong knowledge of current media theory, industry practice, and key texts
• Competence in using media software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
• A commitment to high standards, creativity, and inclusive teaching practices as a Media Studies Teacher.
