  • Actively engage in parent's consultation evenings, departmental briefings, and whole-school training sessions.
  • Serve as a Form Tutor, delivering compassionate pastoral care and supporting the holistic well-being of students.
  • Recognise students who are falling behind and implement swift interventions to maximise GCSE outcomes.
  • Consistently champion all academy and Trust-wide policies, particularly regarding safeguarding and student welfare.
  • Provide regular, constructive marking in perfect alignment with the school's assessment policy.
