• Set high expectations for student behaviour and maintain a purposeful, safe, and mathematically rich classroom climate.
• Contribute to the department's schemes of work and mastery resources.
• Participate in parents' evenings, departmental meetings, and whole-school training days.
• Act as a Form Tutor, providing pastoral care and supporting holistic student development.
• Identify students needing extra support and implement targeted interventions to boost GCSE achievement.
• Uphold safeguarding and health and safety policies.
