Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Planning and preparing courses and lessons.
2. Teaching students according to their educational needs, including setting and marking work both in school and externally.
3. Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupils' development, progress, and attainment in line with school policies.
4. Setting, with the pupil and where possible the parent, short-term learning targets that consider prior attainment.
