About You:Do you want to make a lasting impact on our students, many of whom are disadvantaged, and rapidly accelerate their progress? Do you want to work in a school where you are free to teach, with impeccable student behaviour and minimal bureaucracy? If so, Netherwood Academy, part of the Astrea Academy Trust, is the place for you. We are an 11-16 academy set in a stunning £35 million campus, currently in an exciting period of development. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Teacher of Maths to join our team.
About the Role:As a Teacher of Maths, you will excel in the classroom and play a key role in mentoring, coaching, and supporting your colleagues. You will be involved in professional development and help drive up standards for all our students.
Ideal Candidate:We are seeking an ambitious classroom practitioner who aims for strong outcomes and wants to be a beacon of excellent practice. You should possess the intellectual rigor and professional credibility to elevate classroom standards.
