We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of Girls PE to join our team at Manchester Enterprise Academy (MEA).
This is a fixed-term post to cover maternity leave within our dynamic PE Department, supporting the Girls PE Curriculum.
We are looking for someone to join in either July or September 2025 until February 2026. The salary for this post is MPS/UPS.
Main purpose of the job:
As a Teacher of Physical Education, you will promote physical development, teamwork, and a strong sports culture across the school, improving learning standards and student achievement.
You will be expected to meet the characteristics in the Professional Standards for Teachers and fulfill the responsibilities common to all classroom teachers.

You should possess thorough subject knowledge, understand current curriculum developments, and be a good communicator capable of developing effective relationships. Strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate others are essential.
