Job summary

Haberdashers' Abraham Darby is seeking an experienced English teacher (ECTs considered) to drive high standards and help take the department to the next level. You will inspire students, deliver the English curriculum across KS3 and KS4 with potential KS5 teaching, and contribute to wider school life.

You will be an engaging, innovative educator who builds positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents, and who embraces CPD and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Has a real passion for English.
• Can deliver the English curriculum across KS3 and KS4 to all ability levels (the ability and desire to teach KS5 would be most welcome).
• Can build positive and productive working relationships with staff, pupils and parents.
• Can deliver a creative and innovative approach to teaching and is able to deliver outstanding teaching and learning.
