Are you a passionate and dedicated English teacher looking to inspire the next generation of learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of English to join our vibrant and forward-thinking English department in Northampton.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable), fostering a love of literature and language, and contributing to the wider school community. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners.

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.

Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular activities.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Have a degree in English or a related subject.

Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.

Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
