Job description

To carry out the professional duties of a teacher in accordance with the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document, the Teachers' Standards and Oakwood School policies. To provide high-quality teaching and learning that secures excellent outcomes for students and contributes positively to the life, culture and success of the school. (UPS Teacher) Through highly competent classroom practice, professional influence and leadership, make a substantial and sustained contribution to the life, culture, development and success of Oakwood School. Demonstrate significant impact on pupil outcomes, contribute to the development of colleagues and play a key role in advancing the strategic priorities of the school.
