Job description

We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of English with excellent subject knowledge to join our English Department. You will teach pupils across Key Stage 3 and 4, using your subject expertise to help ensure our curriculum remains relevant.

We are looking for a teacher who can inspire and influence, and who has:

1. Effective classroom management skills to enable a positive learning environment for all.
2. Encourages the highest expectations of all learners; designing and teaching effective English lessons to a range of abilities.
3. Evidence of professional development and a willingness to contribute to whole school activities.
