Pink Tile Education Limited in Hampshire seeks an experienced English Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons to learners with SEND and SEMH, with potential to take on leadership responsibilities across curriculum delivery and literacy interventions.

The role focuses on trauma-informed teaching, building confidence and independence, and working closely with pastoral and therapeutic teams to tailor learning plans and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification) is required.
• Experience of teaching students with SEND/SEMH or vulnerable learners.
• Ability to adapt teaching to individual needs and build positive relationships.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

Responsabilités

• Teach English to students with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Deliver engaging, trauma-informed lessons.

• Contribute to EHCP reviews and progress tracking.

Are you an experienced English Teacher looking for your next challenge? We're working with a specialist education provider seeking a passionate and driven teacher to join their team, delivering high-quality English lessons to young people with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs.

This isn't just a teaching role. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, helping to shape curriculum delivery, literacy interventions and teaching and learning across the provision.

The Role:

• Teach English to students with a range of SEND and SEMH needs
• Deliver engaging, adaptive and trauma-informed lessons
• Support students to build confidence, resilience and independence
• Create meaningful learning opportunities tailored to individual needs
• Work closely with pastoral, safeguarding and therapeutic teams
• Contribute to EHCP reviews, progress tracking and personalised learning plans

Leadership Opportunities Include:

• Leading literacy and academic intervention programmes
• Developing strategies to close learning gaps
• Supporting curriculum development and quality improvement
