Salary: £40,305 - £50,589 per year

Winchburgh Academy is a new state-of-the-art secondary school which opened in August 2022, designed to ensure twenty-first-century learning, immersed in creativity and digital technologies. The school also has sports facilities of the highest standard, including sports halls, a 25m swimming pool, and artificial grass outdoor pitches.
The school initially opened with a S1 cohort, with the roll expected to rise year on year to reach a capacity of 660 pupils by 2028. In August 2025, the school roll is anticipated to be 260 students (S1-S4). A future expansion strategy considers increasing the school capacity up to 1,210 pupils. In August 2025, the school will have approximately 20 teaching staff.
