E-ACT West Walsall Academy is seeking a full-time Teacher of Computer Science. You will join a wonderful team passionate about providing high-quality education to pupils and will have the opportunity to work with a team that promotes a supportive environment, independence and life skills development.

Responsibilities
  • Select and prepare a range of resources that take into account all students\' learning needs, languages and cultural backgrounds.
  • Apply a range of teaching strategies to deliver learning objectives and incorporate inclusive strategies that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals and manage the work of support staff to enhance students\' learning.
  • Have a good understanding of factors influencing student learning, including ethnicity, gender, abilities and attainment, and how these relate to personalised provision for students.
  • Take responsibility for professional development by reviewing performance, acting on feedback and keeping abreast of current good practice.

Pay range: M1 - M6 £32,916 - £45,352

Qualifications and Skills
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
