Pay range: M1 - M6 £32,916 - £45,352

Qualification Title: Grade 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent — Essential
Qualified Teacher Status — Essential
Degree in a relevant subject — Essential
Relevant Experience: Proven record of outstanding classroom practice — Essential
Proven success in improving student outcomes — Essential
Experience of supporting the social, emotional and educational development of students — Essential
Ability to teach \'good or outstanding\' lessons — Essential
Relevant Skills: Encourage students in developing self-esteem and respect for others — Essential
Effective use of assessment data to inform teaching and learning and raise standards — Essential
Effective behaviour management skills — Essential
